HAPPY 70th BIRTHDAY!!
We celebrated both of our birthdays on my birthday. Since things have loosened up a bit, we went out to dinner with a couple of friends. Lavanson & I each had a slice of cake with candles. He had the "happy" candles, I had the ones that said "birthday."

OK I did the research and 70 is the new 50 or at least the new 60!!!
Health-wise, older people are 10 years younger than their grandparents. Better living conditions, easier work, and better health care are all helping shave years off our effective ages, researchers have said. Source
Rainy season is here, flowers are alll a bloom. It's amazing how fast the rain turns things green again!!

Some of you may know that I am working on a new e-magazine featuring expat women 50 and Beyond. I planned to focus on Expat Life-Love-Travel, however after Covid-19 I think the world as we knew it will be a different place, hopefully for the better, so the magazine has been delayed as we redirect our attention (and include less travel for now) instead we'll share articles, interviews, information, insights and more on "the awakening in a post pandemic world".
Anna Green is an artist/musican and friend of mine. She has graciously allowed me to use her artwork for the magazine. She is currently working on art for our evolving woman circle She sent the above art piece to me, which synchronistically arrived on my birthday saying "this painting was inspired by you and your ideas of an aging evolved woman."
